Insurance & Payment Options

At Continued Sobriety, we strive to make treatment as accessible as possible. That’s why we accept most major insurance plans for both our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and our addiction-focused medical clinic. While we do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid, we offer affordable cash pay rates upon request.

If you're interested in treatment through our IOP services, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options for those paying out-of-pocket. Our medical clinic also accepts both insurance and private pay, making it easy for you to continue care and manage your MAT or mental health needs without disruption.
