Our Continued Sobriety Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide a structured and comprehensive treatment option for individuals in recovery from primary mental health challenges and addiction. This level of care is ideal for those who need more support than traditional outpatient services but do not require the full-time supervision of residential treatment. Clients typically attend therapy sessions 3-5 days a week, based on clinical recommendations, participating in individual counseling, group therapy, and psychoeducation sessions. While completing detox, residential treatment, or a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is not mandatory, many clients transition into our IOP after one or all of these levels of care to continue building on their progress.
We offer supportive housing for clients who need it, ensuring a safe and structured living environment during treatment. Rent for housing is paid by the client, fostering a sense of personal responsibility while providing stability. Our program incorporates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches to address the underlying causes of mental health and addiction issues. By fostering a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, our IOP empowers individuals to maintain sobriety, build resilience, and create a foundation for long-term recovery.
"Mental Health and Addiction treatment programs and services at Continued Sobriety are not limited by a set number of days but are instead tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Every client’s treatment plan is customized to address their mental health requirements, specific issues, and personal concerns, including trauma, relapse prevention, sober-living skills, and planning for a successful return to work."
